I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy is a guided process where the client is provided with a safe, caring, and confidential environment – to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through past influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to modify or change and better understand themselves and others.
My approach to therapy is grounded on the belief that the client can change or modify aspects of their life that no longer accurately represent who they are or how they want to be perceived by others. I enjoy using evidence based treatments such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT) and Acceptance commitment therapy (ACT). I believe that it takes courage and willingness to join the journey of self-discovery and personal growth; I hope you join me so we can both walk safely through the maze of human life.
